WE FOUND A HOUSE!

So me and my wonderful future housemates have been on a house search for months... and we finally found the house that we are going to rent out! It's just perfect. As soon as we walked in we just knew it was for us! It's so warm and inviting... we can't wait to make memories in it. :)

It was the last house on our house-visiting search, and having only been on the market for two days, we were the first to see it... and first to apply for it. It worked so perfectly!


p.s. Have I mentioned how blessed I am to be living with some of the most compassionate, kind-hearted, hilarious and God-filled girls I know...

So, the furniture doesn't stay... but that's okay, we have big plans for this house! Eek!

Oh, Harry!

I'm not going to lie... every time I see a preview for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, I get goosebumps. Seriously, my heart beats fast and I become giddy.

I adore the books, but I also really love the films... they are done so well. So whimsical, it feels like watching my imagination come to life. Poke fun all you want, but it's the truth. Come July 17th and I will be one happy girl.

Less than a month away...

NEW YORK CITY!!!
In less than a month it will be spring break... and that means our college group's mission trip to NYC! I am so excited to go back (this will be my second mission trip in NYC) and experience the beauty of serving others.

Not to mention my dear friend Maycie will be coming! :D This makes me giddy! We are going to have so much fun. Maycie has been such a breath of fresh air to me this year. I know she was put in my life for a reason... I just adore her and all my time spent with her. We've only just known each other for about six months, but I just don't know how I ever survived without her!

I believe we will be working with the Brooklyn Tabernacle Church, and let me just say, I adore Brooklyn. The people, the atmosphere, the STOOPS! Ha!

p.s. my good friend Hollye is going to! I can't wait for her to experience the city and I can't wait to spend quality time with her. There is nothing like the bonding that goes on during a mission trip -- romancing with my Jesus and experiencing the joy of serving with good friends ... how beautiful!
